Could anyone please let me know if there are any suppliers of fried pork skin/fat and fried shallots near Chiang Mai?

Every market here, many roadside food carts, gas stations even, 7-11, Lotus ... Should I go on ?

I've seen fried pork skin for sale at Nong Hoi market and made fresh at 89 Plaza open market on Mon. + Wed. 4PM-??.  It's not hard to find.

Kap moo - fried pork crackling is available at every market in Chiang Mai and most local food outlets - highly popular. 

This is the dumbest attempt to do "SEO" over street vendor.
