How many hours indoors?

It gets a bit warm and muggy here in Thailand. That said...not including about 8 hours of nightime sleep...how many hours do you normally spend inside your home? 

 

More than 10?

Less than 3?

Or......?

I would think that most of the older folk who regularly use this forum spend at least 10 hours inside their home.

 

In my case about 4 hrs a day at home.

Mixed bag with that one.

 

IN or AT the house ... or not at all.

Photos from back & front porch.  Drone flying from the house, and can actually do it from inside w/ AC if I want.

 

Lots of glass, so inside w/ AC isn't much different than looking off the back veranda.

 

Other times, I'm not at the house for weeks ... 

... out exploring ????

 

Walk the dog 2 or 3 times a day, locally, at the park, or at the surf.

 

Do spend more time in the house than out.  Been lovely temps lately, and the rest of the week, should be < 30°  

 

Cooking from scratch can be time consuming, and reminds me, I need to bake some bread today.

 

Watching the wife garden and harvest me some figs is a great home past time ... ????

From sunset to sunrise, so about 12 hours depending on weather outside. Only when we have guests we stay outside in the dark, but normal days we hit inside at once dark.

Mostly at home, pop out to do usual stuff. When you live here (which I did for a long long time but don't anymore)  IMHO its just like living anywhere else in the world with regard to what you do in a normal day.

So you do not class yourself as 'older'.
