How to paint floor with epoxy color - TOA Floorguard

Featured Replies

I found this product https://www.lazada.co.th/products/toa-floorguard-100-2-3785-epoxy-i2140454003-s11411669757.html? But there is almost no information on the internet about it.

  • Part A and B are mixed in 4:1 ration. But package (and Youtube video) also mentions Thinner n. 41. Thinner in what ratio?
  • How many m^2 does 1 package cover?
  • How many coats I have to make?
  • Is their separately sold primer necessary? (I have brand new concrete floor and traffic will not be so heavy)
  • Do I use brush or roller?

Be careful this sounds like it is for outdoor, industrial use. It maybe toxic for indoor use if that is what you have in mind.

Is the ratio really:

Part A: 4

Part B: 1

Thinner: 10 - 15

A lot of thinner. ????

1st coat should be 80% thinner 20% pigment. After that follow instructions.

If you have a Ford cup or can buy one then you can check the viscosity for spraying, that will confirm the dilution. An alternative is that the spray dilution is roughly the same viscosity as cream/milk, but no thicker than that
