It might not be in the right forum, but the mods can change it

So, I got a Christmas card of Thai Airways yes that is nice but after my flight got stuffed up by the airport stuff and I missed my flight and had to book a new one (with extra cost) had to pay for a hotel for 2 days just to find out it was the last nonstop flight to Perth WA Thank you Thai
