Featured Replies

hi all

i have a small problem trying to transfer a new cd i brought today onto my neeon ,

when i loaded the cd on to my pc i found it was licence protected and will copy to media player and also can make a cd copy but it will not transfer, my neeon, software says these tracks need a licence, end of story , any ideas please ,,

also just like to mention that when you buy this player it doesnt come with a mains charger , you charge it through your usb connetion , but you can buy a mains charger , the good news is if you own a v3 or similar mottorola phone its the same connecter so buy a cheap phone charger for 80 baht instead of the expencive creative one ,,

any help greatly recevied

Help me somebody please

Try ripping the CD tracks to MP3 files with an application OTHER than Windows Media Player. There are many out there that will do this. FreeRipMP3 is a small download and works pretty well and is easy to use. After ripping the CD, transfer the MP3 files to your Creative device.

Im back

no luck mate it ripped the tracks no problem but when played back they were all out of sink

out of sink

Could you explain further? Played back out of order? Garbled?

If the former, not the later, were you connected online and did the software automatically download the CD track information?

If the later, did you rip the tracks to MP3 files?

sorry yeah ripped the tracks to mp3 format on to my pc then loaded them on to my player but each track seems scrambled like an old 45 scratched

Did you try listening to the files BEFORE transferring them to the Creative device? Do they play ok on your PC?

I think you may be hitting on a copyright issue Colino. Try another CD and be sure to rip the CD using FreeRip. Get back with the results.

Sorry, not an issue we can discuss here.
