VinnieK
Hi On the 31 of Dec I did my final 90 day report for the year. (Online) ..but my yearly non-O renewal is on the 3rd of Feb. Normally, the last 90 day report of the year, coincides with the yearly renewal. How is this possible?????????
TorquayFan
If you ever go abroad the 90 day requirement will run from your re-entry date. So IMO its unusual for the 2 dates to coincide but you are OK. If you had renewed 31/12, you would still have to do your 90 days from 3/2.
Dante99
My problem is worse, my 90 day report due date is different from my visa renewal due date and they are both different from my birthday and passport renewal due date. But the big one is my marriage license renewal date is again different from all the above.

Some immigration offices do a 90 day report at the time you obtain your extension. They think it's helpful. IMO it's not.
