Where can I smoke weed in Pattaya

As a tourist is there anywhere I can spark up a joint with out running the risk of a fine?

 

I am hearing it's a private place only from Thai a friend of mine but on another website, I read there were a few places that sell weed and you can smoke there as well. 

 

Any smokers have been there recently and if so where were you smoking?

On the balcony of your hotel room.

 

Don't have a balcony? Get a better room (or hotel) then.

 

Safety note: keep away from the balcony edge!

Pretend it's still illegal and smoke in places you would have when it was if you are undecided

Many of the hang-out style cannabis shop - especially the ones that also serve alcohol -  still have people smoking weed openly inside. Some have a separate space nearby. Poke your nose in and ask the bud tender what's up if you smell smoke. While technically illegal, customers are not likely to have a big problem in those venues.

Someone on the mother thread said there is hotels where you can smoke weed on the balcony can anyone actually name these hotels for me I'll see if I can book one
