Chonburi — A truck sliding down a road, suspected of not engaging a parking brake, crashed into four cars and injured one victim in Chonburi’s Banglamung district.

 

Sawang Boriboon emergency responders treated the victim, 25-year-old Mr. Tawatchai Srisung, who had been slightly injured by the accident. He said he was hit by a yellow truck that slid down the road adjacent to a railroad track in the Nongprue subdistrict.

 

Not only did the truck hit Mr. Tawatchai, it also crashed into four other vehicles, including a white Toyota pickup, a blue Ford pickup, a bronze Toyota pickup, and a white MG sedan. Finally, the truck came to a halt when it ran into a power pole and broke it in half.

It's the person, not the truck that has to engage the brake.

No driver. No ones at fault. Blame the brakes failing by themselves.  And how does a truck slide down a hill, as opposed to simply rolling down?

Intriguing.... Thai vehicles run into power poles  without even a driver in them, mystifying!

Obviously a ghost at work here.

It was unclear how the incident occurred or who the owner of the vehicle was.

 

I know how they might find out. Look at the door of the truck. Clever, I am.
