I don't know it's the best place but Tukcom on the I think 3rd? floor has a couple of outlets to compare most brands including Jib who have a reasonable selection around that price and you can check online first -

https://www.jib.co.th/web/

I bought an Asus Vivobook with decent spec around that price 14 months ago and been very happy with it.

Wattana on Pattaya Central road opposite Foodland sometimes has some good deals but generally I find them a little more expensive.

Also have a look online at https://www.invadeit.co.th/ which gets good ratings on here from other posters.

Topt thanks for the information, much appreciated.

The blue shop in Fortune town will get you a fantastic laptop from the thinkpad lineup.

Unfortuantely, it's in Bangkok but at least it's on the mrt.

He`s asking anywhere in Pattaya..........

PowerBuy on the second floor in Tukcom have many reductions on pc`s at this moment.....

I second that about Power Buy. I dropped by tonight and they had several Laptops that were 2,500, 3,000, and even 4,000 Baht discount.

Do the rounds, probably can in one day.... Numchai, Sukhumvit, Big-CX, Big C South, Powerbuy (Central Festival). There will be some places near Tuk.Com but I don't know them. Laptops not so common these days.
