Hi,

I have a tenant staying in my property in Chonburi province.  We did his TM30 registration shortly after he moved in.  He left for country for Christmas and New Year period and has returned to my property.

He has been told that we need to do TM30 again.   Is that true?  If he has gone to a different property/hotel then yes for sure, but in this case?

If re reentered Thailand with reentry permit OR on same visa that he had previously then no need to do a TM30.
