drbrit Posted January 9, 2023 Share Posted January 9, 2023 Hi, I have a tenant staying in my property in Chonburi province. We did his TM30 registration shortly after he moved in. He left for country for Christmas and New Year period and has returned to my property. He has been told that we need to do TM30 again. Is that true?
