Follow up Appointment with Doctor how much?

Above quotes are correct if the doctor doesn't do anything.  Just looking at the wound,  asking some questions.

Even a change of dressing can easily cost 5000.

If expensive medication is prescribed, a x-ray or blood test made, or another specialist is consulted (eg skin doctor regarding scar formation,  hematologist for bleeding) the sky is the limit.

I expect it will cost about the same as a normal visit - however not all doctors/hospitals charge on a follow-up - the last two I have had  (one week/remove stitches) and few months later to check for any cancer return by plastic surgeon at major Bangkok located hospital were totally free of charge.

Any ideas what the cost of it will be?

Bangkok Hospital Udon Thani charges for the doctor consultation follow up.  It costs between 300-600 baht.  It could be nothing if the price was included in the procedure.

Of course it could be more if other Lab tests, X-ray's, etc, are needed.

I sometimes don't bother with the follow up if I'm feeling fine.  Not because of the cost but because the hospital is 150 kilometers away.

Medium level is 1,500 baht for consultation only,  add on further test, and medicine.

I have to go back to Bangkok Hospital Pattaya tomorrow for a follow up Appointment after Surgery 1 week ago.. Any ideas what the cost of it will be?

Depends entirely on what procedures take place, no one here can tell you what that will be but, as another very wise member, has already suggested, why not ask the hospital?

Would usually cost the same as wghatever the initial consultation cost you.

1500-2000 inclusive of hospital surcharge would be average for visit at BPH with surgeon  assuming no meds or labs
