Non Immigrant O Visa

Featured Replies

Hi,

Next month i have to apply for the extension of my non immigrant o visa.

I don't have a bank account with 400.000 baht so i have to go abroad.

I don't want to go back to europe for applying there.

What do you suggest me?

Is there a country where i can get a multy entry non immigrant O visa?

Where i have to show only my certificate of marriage.

I am looking forward for your answer.

1. You extend a non immigrant O visa for family using a combined income of 40k baht per month. The old 400k bank deposit is no longer allowed for new applicants.

2. If you want a multi entry non immigrant O visa Penang seems to be the best choice at the moment but they would prefer to see some kind of bank account as well as marriage certificate and copy of wife ID card (but full 400k would not likely be required). Singapore would require 400k in an account but that could be anywhere. KL might issue without money but reports vary, some get, some don't. All will require at least marriage certificate/copy of wife ID card and some will also require a letter from wife asking you be provided the visa to stay with her.

Lopburi, Yesterday i called the embassy in Singapore.

They told me i have to show a bank account with 400.000 baht BUT it don't have to be an international bank transfer. I thought i has to be an international but that lady she told it's not neccessary.
