Frosty Posted June 30, 2007 Posted June 30, 2007 I am being sued by a garage who fixed my damaged truck. I had insurance at the time but the company never paid my bill or any other clients. the garage I went to is owed over a million bhat and others as much as 5 mill. This is all over the country to the tune of 2-3 hundred million. Needless to say the company is going out of business. I know in court my case will be thrown out,but what I want to know is is this could somehow effect my visa or work permit in a negitive way?
astral Posted June 30, 2007 Posted June 30, 2007 I don't see why it should. I have never heard of Immigration checking for outstanding court cases, and if yours is thrown out you should have no problem.
