I have downloaded the forms on this siye to help with my extension (thankyou)

Just one question.. does the form need to be completed in Thai or can I type English?

If Thai, would my name be typed in English

I hold and Australian Passport

It's a small form just fill it in  by hand!

I fill it on my pc and keep it there, when extension date comes up I just change the date and print it out.

    Most places computer filled out form will be fine, in English.  Have used here in Bangkok for last decade.
