Hi , I’ll be arriving BKK 2 nd March, on Visa Exempt and leaving on the 2 nd April , 32 days . Does the 45 days allowed include April as I read that it might not be continued ? I hope I don’t need an extension for 2 days ? 
i assume my entry stamp will have 45 days mentioned ? Thanks. 

The 45 day visa exempt stay will be granted for >arrivals< until March 31st.

No "capping" at end of March.

Arriving 2nd March, you will get permission to stay until April 15th.

I deleted what I posted as when I googled, I only saw "Tourism of Thailand has proposed.......... I spoke wrong hence the deletion. But TOT seems to think it could well be extended. Apologies to all.
