There is non O based on marriage (single entry) provides a 90 day stamp upon enter.

There is a non O based on marriage Multiple entry visa valid for 12 months.

There is a non O based on retirement that provides single entry stamp 90 days.

As for Savannakhet nothing has changed.

you can get a non o muti entry based on retirement if you have a TPI pension from the australia govement you get a letter from DVA stating how much a fornight you get and it is well over the 65,000 bt at first i was getting it in brisbane untill that closed then the only place left was Savannakhet ,,i have had 2/3 from there but not sence the world went mad
