February 7, 20233 yr Hello, I will go to Laos about 3 days and then come back to the same condo unit. Does my landlord or the owner need to file tm30 again? Thanks
February 7, 20233 yr OP, will you be free re-entering with a tourist exempt stamp or new visa if YES then you need to do a TM30. If you reenter on existing visa with a reentry permit or existing visa then NO.

They list the same requirements for tourist visa extensions as before.

Here is rule: 2.2 After the house holder, owner or possessor of the premise of hotel manager has reported as defined in Article 2.1, the same alien has left the premise and returned for another stay within the valid period, the house holder, owner or possessor of the premise of hotel manager do not need to make another report; Edited February 7, 20233 yr by DrJack54

February 8, 20233 yr If you will change your visa type you must do new tm30. If you will stay in the same visa no need tm30
