If I remember correctly, we filled out a form and brought it to the bank. The transaction is listed as a "standing order". Does anyone have the form so we can request this to stop? just_Elaine Posted May 28, 2023 Author Share Posted May 28, 2023 Just fyi. Sent a message through Internet banking. They said had to go to branch. Had a friend go to the bank and it would require poa and other stuff. The recommend action was to deplete the amount in the account below the standing order amount then it would automatically stop the order. Also, did the same to stop electric payment.
