Davef2912
Good day, in the past I remember using a Non-Imm B visa (multiple entry) for up to 15 months by leaving the country once more before it expires. Upon re-entry I would receive another 90 day permit of stay. Is this still possible? I (German) am currently on a Non-O (based on marriage, acquired in Savannakhet) which will expire on the 17th of May and am currently allowed to stay until the 28th April 2023. Thanks for your answers in advance!
MJCM
Yep, if you re-enter 1 day before or on the 17th May you will get another 90 day stamp. But I can do you one better, if after those next 90 days are almost up, you can go to Immigration and get an extension of another 60 days (Basis on that you are married) so that would be in total around 17 months ???? 1
MJCM
If I was you, I would leave the country before or on the 28th April (to not be overstay of course) and then once again before or on the 27th May. But that is entirely up to you. You could else get an extension (60 days) on your current Entry. But again you have to check if that works with your time planning etc etc
