Counting Total Days In 180?

hi,regarding the border runs, & 90 days in 180 rule.say your first entry into thailand on a tourist visa was stamped 10th of january as you entered thailand,& with the 2 tourist visas & extensions the visa finishes on say the 9th of july.

i'm thinking the 10th is counted as 1 day?

also is savanahket,laos generally no problem for border runs?

The rule is 90 days in six months - not 180 days.
