Photo by police Police in central Vietnam have arrested a man for allegedly breaking both the arms of a delivery man who had asked him to pay a shipping fee of US$1.25. Truong Dinh Nhat, 44, of Quang Ngai Province's Tu Nghia District, was arrested Monday for "intentionally inflicting injuries," a crime punishable by up to three years in jail. On the afternoon of Feb. 17, Lam Anh Dat, 24, delivered two rhododendron plants to Nhat’s house.
