Photo by VnExpress/Phuoc Tuan An 11.2-kilometer section of Ho Chi Minh City's Ring Road No.3 that will run through Dong Nai Province will cost VND2.6 trillion (US$109.8 million). The authorities of Dong Nai Province, which borders HCMC, last Sunday approved building the section beginning in June. Linking Vinh Thanh Commune with Thu Duc City of HCMC, the section will comprise a five-kilometer section of expressway with eight lanes for vehicles to move at 100kph. It is expected that the section will be completed in 2026.
