webfact Posted February 27, 2023 Share Posted February 27, 2023 By Adam Judd Kanchanaburi – A German tourist and a driver died after their SUV collided with a minivan in Kanchanaburi, in the west of Thailand. Emergency responders were notified of the accident at 5:07 P.M. on Sunday (February 26th) on the Sai Yok – Thong Papoom Road (No. 323) in the Ta Sao sub-district, Sai Yok district. They arrived at the scene to find the damaged minivan on the road side and the damaged SUV still on the road. The SUV driver, Mr. Chanchai Buakajorn, had sustained various non-life-threatening injuries and the minivan driver, Mr. Prasit Boonyiem, was sadly found deceased inside the minivan.
