Throwing a tantrum - explained! Anutin moves on rather thin ice - me thinks. Chuvit must hold some trump cards (he ran massage parlours in the past and who knows what, who and how often recordings by the "security CCTV" - if any - took place?). 
Quite clearly Chuvit maneuvers around freely, keeps on standing on various toes and still has not seen anything on fire, blown tires or worse ........ Possibly a fight of the Titans?
