UTHAI SAWAN, THAILAND – When a former police officer in rural Thailand shot and stabbed more than two dozen children as they napped in their preschool in October, the episode became the worst mass shooting by a lone attacker in Thailand’s history.

"But little else has changed. And the families continue to grieve."

Obviously, this atrocity has been viewed by the authorities as an unfortunate crime that needs to be forgotten.

Gun laws here are almost non existent....get a licence.....(pay a bit extra if need be), go to Chinatown and select from hundreds of weapons. That's the legal way.....the illegal way is much easier!
