how do you save video clips that are embedded?

like the ones from youtube and clipser?

Clipped, if you dont have a download programme try right clicking the item and choose save target as. Decide where you want to save it to, ie downloads or my videos etc then just click save. Hope this helped?

tried downloading keepvid buts incompatible with firefox version 2

right clicking only saves the webpage but not the video....

Try video downloader, might be suitable.

I would recommend this site. You paste the URL of the video you want to download, and it will convert it to avi/meg/or .mov and then download it to your computer.

I use FLV Downloader its free, plus there is a dos command program out there that converts flv files to whatever other video format you like for free.
