kulfons44100 Posted March 22, 2023 Share Posted March 22, 2023 Hello, I have non-b visa and 1yr extension valid. I need to quite my job and go to my country asap. Can I just leave? I dont have time to cancel my extension. My company will cancel my work permit and visa as they sai. Probably I will be back in few months but I would like to use tourist visa to come back. timendres Posted March 22, 2023 Share Posted March 22, 2023 There is no requirement to cancel your extension. With no re-entry stamp, the extension will be invalidated upon your departure. You can then return later on the tourist visa.
