Alternative -the villa is already in a company -in which you wish to change the name of the MD Either way you do not need a lawyer. I need a lawyer's due diligence and arrangement of secure leaseholding and proper finance accounting. Someone with local knowledge of Kata/Phuket would also be desirable.
