From his parents’ home in Stockholm, a Swedish man controlled a network that deceived underage girls in Thailand to send nude photos and videos of themselves. Material that was later resold to thousands on social media.

 

The Swedish man has now been sentenced to four years and six months in prison for his crimes.

 

The man was arrested in in January 2022 after cooperation between Swedish and Thai authorities. Thai police had discovered a network selling child pornography in closed groups on the social media platform VK. The business was traced to a property in Stockholm where the man was arrested.

 

Most of the victims were between 13 and 17 years old when they were exposed.

Pity he isn't serving those 4+ years in jail in Thailand

What a truly sick person.

Lets hope he is placed on the Euro sex offender register and flagged with Interpol cause he'll very likely offend again once released (statistical data shows this to be the case sadly).

 

Is "suspicion" enough for imprisonment?

Stockholm prisons are like hotels he enjoy his time lucky to do 1 .5 years max obviously starting out as pedophile ring next he will own island world political leaders & elites???????????????? falling over themselves to visit ????

If I recall the rules in Sweden correctly, if your sentence is Over 2 years, you must do at least 3/4 of your prison time before they might start let you out on good behaviour and still supervised for the rest of your sentence. 2 Year and shorter sentences they MIGHT let you out after 1/2 of the time.

 

Also I believe child abusers is not popular in Swedish prisons. Would not surprise me if he has a few strange accidents in the gym. 

If they can track him down surely they can track the punters buying the stuff? Just a thought

There are nearly 75,000 images. That's a lot of Thai girls ready and willing to expose themselves for cash (which they never received). Different culture, I guess, where kids see nothing wrong in that. After all, there's a new iPhone in the store......

With a bit of luck Someone in jail get to know what he's in for and then a couple Inmates Will look after him the Right way.  

Gary Glitter was recalled to prison very recently after a couple of weeks of freedom wonder if he was customer ????

He will need to be in Solitary as other inmates will deal severely with him!

My thoughts exactly......he's been sentenced to 4 years in a Country Club and Spa.

sick person and the other who buy it online.   I think selling any porn online is illegal no matter who or what the pics are? in any country ....  jail for you sicko.
