I have been waiting for my on line application for an international vaccine travel certificate all week. Where in Chiang Mai do you pick these up? I saw this previously in this forum but can’t fine info through search. I hope to drop in on my town trip today and hopefully get it. Thanks for a clinic name, hospital, office, whatever.

Never mind. Finally got a person that picked up at the listed telephone on the app. While I didn’t show a pick up date yet she could see the info and said I could pick it up today near the airport until 3.
