snoop1130 Posted April 18, 2023 Posted April 18, 2023 The Pattaya police force convened yesterday, April 17th, to prepare for Wan Lai, or the Big Day, of the Songkran festival slated for tomorrow, April 19th. According to the authorities, Beach Road will be partially closed to allocate space for pedestrians who come to participate in the event. The road from Central Pattaya Beach to Walking Street will be closed from 14:30 to 20:30 hrs. For this event, the Pattaya Police Station will deploy 11 teams consisting of 653 officers to carry out various tasks at 11 different stages. jesimps Posted April 19, 2023 Posted April 19, 2023 It's the usual "Never ending story" in the Pattaya area, it began on the 13th and probably won't finish until the 21st going out towards Sattahip. We've had five days of loud bass-heavy music in the Phoenix Golf area and yesterday I got bombarded by water-throwers passing through Huay Yai on what must have been their day.
