It was the evening and getting dark. If you've ever spent any time around the docks there, you'll notice that the jet ski "mafia" loads up their jet skiis onto trailers at the end of the business day, at this time. The deceased were both Thai. They were probably part of the crew that removes the jet skiis from the water.  

The 7 year old boy..... right!

You still write about "their kids" even after completely different story in Pattaynews?

The only part that fits is that the rider was part of the crew.

Jetski not legally registered, owner will be charged (maybe).

And thanks for enlightning me about evening on the beach.
