Hi guys,

 

Son just got a job in Sukothai and I need to find a room for him there. Any advice from guys living there? Want a room with aircon but not with the landlord setting their own electricity tariff. He has a motorcycle so can travel a bit outside town.

You could ask around at New City Sukhothai.

 

My wife has a unfurnished studio flat 1 of 3 that is coming available. 

Its in a good location about 1 kilo out of Muang Kao old city Sukhothai near Wat Sri Chum. 

 

No air-con at the moment but I could ask the Mrs to arrange if a long stay. 

 

3000 per month 40 sq metres living and a back yard area.

Just for record ???? forgot to mention 15/45 own electric meter and own water meter. 

No.11. is 2,500 not 3,000 and the available area is 60 sq metres + including back yard.
