Justice Samuel Alito has said he has a "pretty good idea" who was responsible for the leak of his unpublished draft opinion last year, which indicated that the Supreme Court was poised to roll back abortion rights, but does not have the proof needed to name somebody.

 

In an interview with James Taranto, The Wall Street Journal's editorial features editor, which was published Friday, Alito said: “I personally have a pretty good idea who is responsible, but that’s different from the level of proof that is needed to name somebody.

 

“It was a part of an effort to prevent the Dobbs draft ... from becoming the decision of the court.

Well I have a pretty good idea there are 2 justices on the bench that are a bit (compermised) or dare I say corrupt……..

So far we have four bent ones, one of which is the Chief Justice.

I think Sammy ratted himself out.  Alternate guess is Mrs Thomas.  Ol' Clarence was gloating at the announcement of the Roe v Wade shut down "we are coming for you."

 

 

 

Everyone has a pretty good idea which of the Supreme Court justices have turned that country into a full on theocracy. Separation of church and state? Not no more.

if only he were as concerned about thomas and his totally crooked behavior along with the other crooked justices who flat out lied at their confirmation hearings as to their position re roe v wade....

 

If ever there should be an investigation into the court if not now when?  Shameful behavior and lack of morals as they are  obviously above ALL laws.

 

But of course repubs are too busy banging the what about hunter's laptop drum  to even consider an investigation of the court since it appears the most corrupt were all shoved through by republicans..
