Philadelphia police say officers responded to a report of a shooting around 3:30 p.m. Friday in the Lawncrest neighborhood northeast of downtown Philadelphia, where they found three victims. Police found a 17-year-old male lying on a sidewalk outside a home with gunshot wounds. If that is what they want, then that is the way it should be. These 2 teenagers should be treated as adults and jailed for life.
