geovalin Posted May 2, 2023 Share Posted May 2, 2023 Prime Minister Hun Sen on April 24 signed a sub-decree opening a Cambodian embassy in Brazil. According to the sub-decree, said the embassy has a residence in the capital Brasilia and will be headed by a chief of mission with the rank of ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary.
