Pink Mist
From the linked article: Appears he fell overboard. "According to Vice Admiral Pichai Lorchusakul, Commander of the 1st Naval Region, he had previously received a report from the Pitchaiwari fishing boat that its Cambodian boat worker, Mr. Yook, had fallen into the sea by accident a few days earlier near Khram Noi Island and Pet Island in the Bang Saray sub-district." "The authorities then went in search of him in the sea but could not locate him, until his body was discovered today at the mangrove swamp."
