A body believed to be that of a missing Cambodian boat worker was found near a mangrove swamp in Sattahip district today, May 23rd.

 

The discovery of a body reportedly belonging to Cambodian national Mr. Yook Thienia Kaniam was reported to Sattahip Police and rescuers at 11:30 AM today by an unreported citizen.

 

Mr. Yook’s body was found afloat near a mangrove swamp in the Sattahip sub-district within Chonburi province. He was facing downward and wore blue pants and a green long-sleeved shirt with a screen-printed text that read “Ruea Pitchaiwari 7 (Pitchaiwari 7 Boat) on the back.

foul play ... TIT ...  life is cheap. ...

I'll change that comment thanks to Pink Mist.   Seems the poor guy fell overboard.

"According to Vice Admiral Pichai Lorchusakul, Commander of the 1st Naval Region, he had previously received a report from the Pitchaiwari fishing boat that its Cambodian boat worker, Mr. Yook, had fallen into the sea by accident a few days earlier near Khram Noi Island and Pet Island in the Bang Saray sub-district."

 

"The authorities then went in search of him in the sea but could not locate him, until his body was discovered today at the mangrove swamp."
