Bullman, the Norwegian killer and fugitive from Thai justice lands in Oslo on a false name and passport

Bullman emerged from his flight from Paris which he flew using a false passport and name as he completed his long journey home nearly three years after he killed UK IT engineer Amital Bajaj in a violent struggle between the two men at a 5-star Thai hotel in Phuket on August 21st 2019. Bullman skipped bail on Monday, September 2nd 2019, just hours after being photographed swimming in the pool of a luxury hotel (left). It was our last sight of him before Saturday, although he was identified some months later at the Norwegian Embassy in Hanoi.

 

Killer is believed to have been lying low in a Southeast Asian country since he was last seen at the Norwegian Embassy in Hanoi.

Police task force wants criminal charges to be pursued against a former senator for child abuse

Montree Sinthawichai (left) is a former senator and respected figure in Thai society whose charitable foundation was placed at the centre of a police investigation after a complaint, by the Zendai Foundation, concerning the abuse of children in its care, was filed in October 2022. This week, a task force headed up by Deputy National Police Chief General Surachate Hakparn (right) recommended that charges be brought in a submission to Thai prosecutors after the investigation by police was completed. Mr Montree and his wife vigorously deny any wrongdoing in the matter.

Ex-Senator vigorously denies any wrongdoing claiming that he acted to protect the children in his care by keeping them from danger by disciplining them. He also defends himself against charges of exploiting the minors through child labour by saying the work engaged in by the juveniles was voluntary to raise money for the charitable foundation and that they were paid.

Bangkok couple on motorcycle fall into canal and die, leaving 10-month-old orphaned

Tour boat ablaze in central Thailand
