Bullman skipped bail on Monday, September 2nd 2019, just hours after being photographed swimming in the pool of a luxury hotel (left). It was our last sight of him before Saturday, although he was identified some months later at the Norwegian Embassy in Hanoi. Killer is believed to have been lying low in a Southeast Asian country since he was last seen at the Norwegian Embassy in Hanoi. This week, a task force headed up by Deputy National Police Chief General Surachate Hakparn (right) recommended that charges be brought in a submission to Thai prosecutors after the investigation by police was completed. Mr Montree and his wife vigorously deny any wrongdoing in the matter. Ex-Senator vigorously denies any wrongdoing claiming that he acted to protect the children in his care by keeping them from danger by disciplining them. He also defends himself against charges of exploiting the minors through child labour by saying the work engaged in by the juveniles was voluntary to raise money for the charitable foundation and that they were paid.
