herfiehandbag Posted May 31, 2023 Share Posted May 31, 2023 I have this external hard drive. I have had it for about ten years, but have not used it for several years. When I connect it, using the "double USB" connections, it is very slow to load. "The green bar" creeps along very slowly, and after several minutes this message appears: the little blue light on the front of the case flickers away, so I presume something is happening inside. Does anyone have any suggestions - I am the man for whom " plug and play" was invented! Grateful for any suggestions... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
