Answering my own question, there are two Thai traditional medicine/massage places in the basement here. I don't know if it's still open. I bought a great Immigration Police polo shirt from it. I wear it... when visiting the Immigration Police offices. Turn right out of immigration and keep going to the end of that floor, where the escalators to the floor below are. On your right you will see a massage parlour just before them, its called Sabai Kai thai massage.
