A homeless couple was seen openly fornicating in a public area near a football field full of young people in Pattaya today, June 9th.

 

The disturbing incident happened just a little past noon today in Soi Koh Phai 10 within the Nongprue sub-district of Banglamung district, Chonburi province.

 

The Thai individuals, a man and a woman aged about 35-45 years old, were seen riding bicycles and collecting old items together within an alley before stopping beside a wall and openly engaging in explicit sexual acts, an unidentified eyewitness told the press.

I see the guy there almost everyday when i ride by, it's almost right behind my house. I should ask him how much he charges to use his tarp for short time LOL!!

unidentified person called to RTP and claimed that this couple doing boom-boom.

so, out of curiosity policemen arrived to the scene and didn't see much of action

Also, between publicly making love, picking nose and scratching sh*t between toes, I find love (or fornication) is less disgusting. But watching and calling "polis" is just "yuck"!

Because the homeless don't have the right to access other people's paid for property.   Do you allow the homeless into your place when you're not there?

Being homeless in Thailand is not about not having money, as the cheapest rooms are just 1000-2000 baht per month. It's about mental illness. A lot of homeless people in Thailand suffer from schizophrenia or similar disorders.
