Mine arrived this morning around 10:00 am but only after I confirmed recipient account details.

To date they are not honouring their next working day delivery guantee, just keep sending apologies.

OK thanks, what do you mean by confirm account details?

Was there an email that asked you to do this?

So they messaged you on Line?

Or you messaged them?

Not sure what the process is with the confirmation ????

A friend sent me some THB from Thailand via Deemoney to my UK account on Sunday evening.

Still not arrived yet, is this normal?

Hope you have had success today with this transaction

Not yet sadly..... if not through tomorrow I will ask the person who sent it to me to contact them on Line.

That's pathetic they spruik next day guarantee all I got was 10 messages of apologies and 1 fee free transaction.

Now I will only use them as last resort. For my transaction Western Union, who have been very reliable and cheaper, popped up an error message so sadly I went with DM

Wasn't aware you could do this. What are the steps and how much does it cost?

Surely you would have to have the money in your Wise account in baht in the UK first? Then it's easy to switch between currencies. If you are holding Thai baht in a Thai bank I don't think you can send using Wise as they have not as yet set up a Thai service with an IBAN number to make a transfer directly to them. Hence the need to use your Thai bank or Deemoney to send baht to your Wise account. The banks use SWIFT if they offer international transfers, Deemoney use currency fintech outfits, usually next working bank day so not weekends or official holidays. They don't always meet this but so far have offered me the next transfer free of charge.
