Swedish Consulate in Cebu WORKING phonenumber???

I've tried 4 different numbers which all claimed to be official number to the Consulate....none works, tried calling from different phone services and also tried calling from landline.....but all numbers are not working....also tried the emails I found and no reply on any of them.

Is the Swedish Consulate dead/closed?

Also tried different numbers for VFS and same thing there, not working.....

So how are we to trust the electronic visa applications and booking appointments(VFS) online when where we book can not be reached?

So we pay 8000php for visa online and just HOPE it will work??

So main question, anyone know a number that works? To Swedish Consulate in Cebu?

Or if anyone live close by perhaps pop in and ask them for a number that works? :o :)
