Someone has been reading Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night". The best thing IMO the OP can do is breathing exercises, plenty of Quigong clips on Youtube. Plus walking, push for a bit more distance each day. Edited June 28, 20233 yr by Lacessit

July 2, 20233 yr Pain like pins and needles are characteristics for nerve pain/damage. I would go to a neurologist. First diagnostic step would propably be to do a Electromyography (EMG) and Nerve Conduction Studie to assess nerve damage or misfiring.
July 2, 20233 yr Possible this is a spinal issue and unrelated to the COVID just bonicidental timing . If symptoms persist may need to get MRI of spine. If arm affected as well as leg then both cervical and lumbar spine.
