Please could someone provide a translation of the following.

Kee dar - context being the telling off of a child or overly strict ? i think !

Kee heurng - context being overly jealous or possessive towards a partner.

As there are numerous usages of the kee word in phrases and speech perhaps other common or favorite

examples could be listed on this thread

one Kii...means waste...such as kii taa, kii jamuck

the other is kii....meaning 'inclined to...' such as kii daa.....inclined to scold; kii niaw...inclined to be stingy; kii bon....inclined to complain; kii mao...inclined to get drunk

Yes, but it is the same word in the sense that is spelled and pronounced exactly the same. So it is a matter of usage as to which meaning applies.
