MrSnrang
Yeah, the car has accumulated scratches, slight body dents, spider scratches from washing, from hitting curbs and a motorcycle hit-and-run. Is it possible to claim these as a whole and repaint the car and have the insurance company pay for it under first-class policy? The car is a Honda Jazz. Any help would be greatly appreciated. So legally NO, why would you think it would be any different to your home country and please don't say they accept accumulated damage as a single claim Now on the other hand if your latest damage is to such an extent that a respray is required & and previous faults are picked up in this one claim for a respray you are on a winner (that is not illegal just the luck of the draw).(Are you getting the message??) cbuddha
My mother-in-law got her late model Honda City completely resprayed last year by claiming the original paint on the bonnet and roof was damaged by the sun. She had the first class insurance (I'm not sure which company) and her policy did not increase significantly this year.
