On August 2, two residents, Mr. Jakrathorn (nicknamed Pai), 35, and Ms. Muay (a pseudonym), 36, living at Phichai Street, in the town of Saraburi, reported a shocking incident.

 

At around 20:57, as Ms. Muay was taking a shower, her husband noticed suspicious activity from their adjoining neighbor’s side, reported Siam Rath.

On investigating, he discovered their military neighbor from a local barracks peeping in and attempting to capture pictures of her on his mobile phone through a ventilation slot. On being spotted, the soldier hurriedly retreated to his residence.

 

The following morning, the soldier confronted by the couple, pleading his innocence and apologizing profusely. However, the couple decided to file an official complaint at the local police station, fearing an unjust outcome due to the soldier's status.

Ms. Muay expressed her distress, especially since they share their home with their elderly, ailing parents and a teenage daughter. They had previous confrontations with this soldier, making them feel unsafe in their own home. Muay is determined to see the matter through to ensure their safety and justice.

Perhaps the subordinate misunderstood his commanding officer's order to covertly check on privates, during ablutions...
