my mother in law has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer , stage 2 to 3 , she has had all the scans and biopsies.

a treatment plan has been suggested by what the family believe to be a competent specialist but before going ahead with the surgery and radiotherapy they would like a second opinion on the treatment , the diagnosis is certain ... it's the treatment plan that they would like confirmed or optioned.

can anybody recommend an oncologist whose speciality is breast cancer and/or a hospital that has a dedicated clinic for breast cancer.
