i know people that have paid daily rates to use the Marriott Marquis gym on sukhumit soi 22 and also the Ambassador Hotel on sukhumvit soi 11.  Terminal 21 at Asoke has a fitness first on the upper floor but i don't know if they offer daily or weekly rates.

Jetts is nice because you can use any Jett's Gym in Thailand. They have daily and weekly rates.

 

They really whack you on the day rate (500 baht, I think) to inspire you to go longer.

i should add that both hotels i mentioned have pools which are included in the daily rate.  the people i know that have used them spend hours there.

I know that the gym in Terminal 21 does not offer weekly or daily rates. While living in Bangkok I did have a Jett’s membership.  But if I to change up for a week or two.  I used an app on my phone called FitTripper.  It gives gyms in a specific area with prices  and you choose the duration.  You book it through the app and it notifies the specific gum
